Richard T. Stemper Passed away peacefully at the age of 67 on August 13, 2020 surrounded by family and friends. Loving partner of twenty eight years and husband of five years to Jody. Preceded in death by his parents Guido and Sylvia and his brother Tim. Also loved and survived by many other family and friends. Private memorial will be held at a later date.
