Robert E. Somdahl

Somdahl, Robert E. "Bob" Born in Ft. Wayne, IN on March 31, 1918 and born to Eternal Life on August 26, 2015. Longtime resident of Antigo, WI. Bob was a WWII Navy Vet and served as a commander in the VFW. He was an Eagle Scout and participated in multiple sports throughout his life. He was an avid hunter and fisherman until the ripe old age of 91. Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, LaRayne (Nee Duchan) and their son Andy. Loving father of Sandy (Bernie) Marek, Nancy Somdahl, Kathy (Danny) Schultz, Barb (John) Hamsing and Laurie (Michael) Losorelli. He is further survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday, August 31 from 10-11:45AM followed by a brief service. Procession to Mt. Olivet for interment to follow. "we love you"
