Roxanne Elaine Renner, born August 13, 1947, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026 at the age of 78.

She was the youngest of seven children, a devoted mother of four and a proud grandmother who loved her family unconditionally. Roxanne would do anything for her siblings, children and grandchildren, often putting their needs before her own and offering unwavering support, generosity and love.

Roxanne was an artist at heart, finding joy in drawing and painting, and expressing herself through her creativity. She had a green thumb and loved her plants and flowers - you could often find her working at the plant stand many summers during her retirement years. She found happiness in the simple beauty of the world around her. A devoted dog lover, she cherished her furry companions as part of her family and rescued many “misfits” throughout the years. She loved oldies music and some of her favorite times as a teenager included entering dance competitions with her brother Charlie at Muskego Beach and riding horses with her friend Judy.

Roxie was known for her spunky, sassy spirit and her sharp, witty sense of humor. She never sugar coated anything – she told it like it was, often with a dose of sarcasm that could make anyone smile or laugh. Her bold personality was part of what made her so unforgettable.

Roxanne had a passion for rummage sales and thrifting, always on the hunt for unique treasures, antiques and collectibles. She found joy in the search of her special finds and pride with successful bartering exchanges. She just loved a good deal. She had a gift for trouble shooting problems and was resourceful. Independent and mechanically inclined, she approached tasks with confidence and determination.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Clara Webb; her siblings, Larry, Steve, Helen and Charlie; and her son, Brian.

She is survived by her siblings, Jim and Pearl; her daughters, Tammy (Dan), Debbie and Staci; her grandchildren Justin, Melissa, Elizabeth, Jenna, Jennifer, Breanna, Gianna, Lily and Hannah; her great-grandchildren, Mason, Paislee, Ethan, Madison and Elena as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who loved her, but her spirit will live on through the memories she created, the laughter she shared, and the love she gave so freely.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated, compassionate team at Waterford Memory Care – especially Jazmyn, Yesenia, Ela, Veronica, Jeannie, Josie and Connie (as well as many others) – also to the amazing Amedisys Hospice nursing staff, Stacy and Kaitlyn, for the exceptional care and kindness they provided. Thank you all for always laughing, joking and providing friendly banter with “Foxy Roxie” – she loved it.

There will not be a service, but we invite you to share your favorite stories or memories of Roxanne here.
