Sally Ann Foster, born on December 6, 1937, in Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at her home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on November 10, 2025. She leaves a legacy of love and commitment to her family and community.

Sally graduated from Bowler High School in Wisconsin, and throughout her professional life, she dedicated herself to her work as a payroll specialist at Marquette University, where she later enjoyed a fulfilling retirement. Her career was marked by diligence and a quiet professionalism that earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

A woman of gentle nature, Sally was characterized by her quiet and shy personality. She devoted her life to tending to her family, ensuring their well-being and happiness. Her nurturing spirit extended into her personal interests; she found great joy in sewing, arts, and crafts, weaving creativity into the fabric of her daily life.

Sally is lovingly survived by her daughter Dinara Foster and son Connan Foster, who cherish her memory along with her beloved grandchildren, Monique Foster, Seth Foster, and Caitlyn Bieniak. She is also remembered fondly as a dear sister by Ivan (Nancy) Heins. In addition to her immediate family, Sally is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Isabelle and Paul Heins, and her ex-husband, Douglas Foster. Sally's gentle presence will be greatly missed, and her memory will be honored by those who loved her.

Visitation will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (1230 Schabow St., Gresham, WI 54128) on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 12-12:45 PM. A service will take place at the church at 1 PM. Burial to follow at Roosevelt Cemetery.
