Chavez Jr., Salvador Passed away December 17, 2009 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Consuelo(nee Garcia). Sal "HAWK" is survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends. Visitation and services at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 29 from 10:00am-12noon. Burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, at 2pm.
