Sharon Mary (Szymek) Knight, age 80, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on October 24, 2026.

Born and raised on the Southside of Milwaukee, Sharon was the beloved daughter of the late Ralph and Sylvia Szymek. She spent many years working as a medical assistant in the high-risk labor and delivery department at Saint Mary’s Hospital.

Sharon will be remembered for her strength, warmth, humor, and spirited personality. Strong-willed, loving, and wonderfully one of a kind, she brought laughter and unforgettable moments to those who knew her.

She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Lisa Knight-Sang (Jaime Sang); her son, Matthew Knight; her grandson, Samuel Knight; her sister, Valerie Krzewina (Howard Krzewina); her brother, Russell Szymek (Cindy Szymek); and her many loving and adoring cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Sylvia Szymek.

Forever in our hearts, her memory will live on through the family and loved ones she leaves behind.

A visitation will be held on November 5, 2026 at St. Alexander Church, 1568 West Holt Avenue, at 10:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM.  We will then process to St. Adalbert  Cemetery, 3801 S. 6th St, for a committal service.
