Born to Eternal life March 18, 2017 at the age of 47. Loving dad of Brandon, Jenna and Gavin. Husband of Cheri. Son of Darrel and Georgene Haworth. Brother of Daryl (Patti) and the late Michael Haworth. Further survived by other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS South Shore Chapel on Friday March 24th from 4 - 7:30 PM with the funeral service at 7:30 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
