Cieslak, Sylvester B. "Syl" Passed away on February 21, 2012 at the age of 81. Loving husband of the late Bernadine (Nee Grzesk). Cherished dad of Deborah, Denise (David) Slawny, Al (Cindy), Donna (Eugene) Immel and the late Jeffrey. Proud grandpa of Steven, Michael (Jennifer) and Peter (Kate) Slawny, Andrew and Katherine Immel and Randall and Aaron Cieslak. Dzia Dzia of Brett, Xander, Lauren and Baby to Be. Further survived by sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel, Franklin and thereafter on Saturday from 9 - 9:45 am at St. Paul Catholic Church (1720 E. Norwich, St. Francis) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Syl was a proud Korean War veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart, a former bowling director and past president of the GMBA.
