Masiakowski, Sylvia A. (nee Chalvpka) Entered Peace on April 7, 2005, age 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Ray. Mother of Tom (Anita) and Marvin ( Maryann). Further survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, 1 brother, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass on Monday April 11, 2005 10:30 AM at ST. ALEXANDER CATHOLIC CHURCH (S. 16th St. and W. Holt Ave). PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH. Interment Town of Nashville Cemetery at a later date. in lieu flowers, memorials to the family, appreciated. Visitation Monday 9:30-10:15 AM at the church.
