Thomas “Chubs” Czubkowski Passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2022 at the age of 72. Loving father of Scott (Vicki) and Jason (Rebecca). Proud grandpa of Kreig (Vennesa) and Sean. Dear brother of Cindy. Dearest uncle of Dawn, Michael (Jamie), Laura (Chris), and Renee (David). Favorite great-uncle of Maddie, Owen, Jake, Emerson, Danica, Xavier, Marissa, Clara, and Benjamin. Preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Dolores. Further survived by other loved relatives and many friends. Chubs was a proud retiree of the Milwaukee Fire Department. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Friday, January 7 starting at 9AM until time of service at 11AM.
