Thomas James Higgins Passed away July 23, 2020 at the age of 79. Father of Thomas, Shelly, Robert, Danny, Eddy, Joseph, Carrie, Linda and Michael. Further survived by his brother Daniel, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Private services were held.
