Otto, Thomas W. "Tom" Age 67, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Beloved husband of over 38 years to Shirley (Nee Makowski). Loving father of Sue (Dennis) Koenig, Mike Otto, Michael (Cynthia) Miller and Julie (Aaron) Greenwald. Dear brother of Richard (Kathy) Otto and Bev (Bob) Speerbrecker. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Tom was a longtime employee of Badger Meter retiring with over 40 years of service. Visitation in the Funeral Home on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 3 to 6 PM. A funeral service will follow at 5 PM. Final rest St. Adalbert Cemetery.
