Kazubowski, Tulia "Melida" (Nee Pachon). Passed away peacefully on June 13, 2017. Beloved wife of Tom for 50 years. Further survived by many loved relatives and friends. Tulia was an angel and a saint . I loved her when I met her, I love her now and Ill love her forever. Visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons-Oklahoma Chapel on Monday, June 19 starting at 10AM until time of service at 12PM. Burial to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
