Jenkins Virgil C. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Age 82. Beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Downey) for 64 years. Loving father of Christie Jenkins, Douglas (Cinda) Jenkins and Lori Bauman. Dear brother of Jessie Snyder of Paddock Lake, WI, Hilda Alms of Mattoon, IL, And Velma (Don) Spence of Charleston, IL. Further survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. Private services were held. If desired, memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice. Virgil served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict; He was the business manager for the Greenfield School District for 30 years.
