Moeller, Warren R. "Chubby" Passed away on June 25, 2014 at age 69. Lovingly survived by his wife Susan of 35 years. Beloved dad of James (Sabina) Lemanczyk, Jeania Franklin and Cliff Moeller. Proud grandpa of Xavier, Gabrielle and Samuel. He is further survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother and other family and many friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM. Burial to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery. Max A. Sass and Sons 8910 W.
