William "Bill" Baas

Baas, William J. "Bill" Of Big Bend. Entered into Eternal Life on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in the company of his family after a courageous battle. Age 79. Devoted husband of Jeanne (nee Raccoli) for 51 years. Beloved father of Jennifer, Suzanne, Carin and Thomas. Brother of Vivian, James and John. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Robert and Arnold. Bill was a long time member of the Waterford School System, serving in a variety of capacities. He was also very active at St. Joseph Church and School. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Westwood Chapel on Monday, March 21 from 4-7 pm and also on Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, S89 W22650 Milwaukee Ave., Big Bend, from 10 -10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Burial at Rural Home Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Bill's name may be made to St. Joseph Church, Big Bend, or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
