Xuan Thi Vu passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026, in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. Born on March 24, 1938, in Vietnam, Xuan lived a life defined by love, resilience, and devotion to her family.

Xuan was a beloved wife and mother, whose quiet strength and kindness touched all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Hien Huu Pham.

She leaves behind her loving children: Thanh-Son (Tam Tran) Pham, Hung-Son Pham, Binh-Son Pham, Yen-Son (Rodd) Pham, Dong-Son (Sheryl) Pham, Thao-Son (David) Slonac, and Vien-Son (Mel) Pham. Xuan was a cherished grandmother to Kim-Van (William) Tran, Tuy Tran, Rachel (Seth) Slonac, Aaron Pham, Evan (Courtney) Slonac, Isabella Pham, Carmen Pham , Ryan Slonac, Vanessa Pham, and Matthew Pham, and a beloved great-grandmother to Jaxon Burns.

Xuan and her family were deeply grateful to Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield, Wisconsin, whose sponsorship and support made their immigration to the United States possible in 1975. She was later a faithful member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, where she found community and spiritual grounding.

For many years, Xuan worked as a seamstress at St. John’s Military Academy in Delafield. She took pride in her craftsmanship and treasured the camaraderie she shared with her fellow employees and the cadets she served.

Xuan will be remembered for her gentle spirit, steadfast faith, and unwavering dedication to her family. Her legacy lives on in the lives of all who loved her.

Visitation at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 7963 S. 116th St., Franklin, on Friday, April 24 from 10 AM - 12:00 PM (Central Time). Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 PM. Burial at Arlington Park Cemetery.
